The movie continues after The Kissing Booth 2. Elle kept her college decision on hold as she wants to concentrate on enjoying the last summer in L.A. with her family and friends. She joins a summer job at a restaurant to collect some cash for college dues. She also opts for Harvard University as she loves to live together with Noah in Boston. Elle comes with a new plan to make a smile on the face of her best friend, Lee.
