Avery and her boyfriend Logan are fighting their way into her surprise farewell party in 2014. Logan makes a last-ditch effort to keep her from leaving when she moves to London. He storms off when she says no. Ten years later, both are traveling out of town for the holidays with new partners. They will both be meeting their other half’s parents for the first time, but in a surprise that will leave us with a Santa’s sack full of unanswered questions, they discover that they will be spending Christmas with the same family.
