Killers of the Flower Moon 2023

In the film Killers of the Flower Moon, rancher William King Hale, orchestrates a series of homicides in oil-rich Osage County, Oklahoma, between 1921 and 1926. Hale and a group of accomplices and allies devised a number of cunning plans to separate the Osage from their black-gold money, including planned intermarriages with Osage women, whose head rights to collectively owned oil wealth that would enter white hands once they were conveniently disposed of.
