Josh Hartnett’s character Cooper Adams is making an effort to live up to his responsibility as a loving father to Riley. As a thank you for her exceptional academic achievement, he has secured concert tickets for her to see her favourite pop musician. But as the concert is going on, he finds out that the authorities have set up a trap there in an attempt to capture “the Butcher.” Butcher is a serial killer they believe would be there.
