The Railway Children Return 2022

In 1944, the Second World War had been going on for five years and families were being torn apart all throughout England. The moms are manning their homes in German bomb-ravaged cities, the men have left to perish abroad, and the kids have been sent to the countryside to be out of harm’s way. Here, the momentarily orphaned Lily, Pattie, and Ted find themselves in the hands of strangers, however, they are not given a new home because there are three of them. Not until Bobbie intervenes and removes the entire seething group of kids, despite the wishes of her daughter who is the neighborhood head teacher.
