Sick 2023

College student Parker, who is sick of the city, is looking for a getaway with buddy Miri. In order to follow the social bubble guidelines, they are travelling to a lake house for a week where they intend to spend all of their time together. They appreciate the area’s solitude and are glad to be away from the tragedy, but when DJ shows up in the middle of the night, the peace is immediately upset. Once entangled with Parker, DJ finds it difficult to move on from their breakup and stops by the house to plead for a reconciliation. Parker isn’t interested in such things, but when she discovers that a masked figure is inside the house with a sharp knife and plans to slaughter people, her interest is instantly piqued.
