Christopher Robin used to be a great toy for Pooh and the Hundred Acre Wood gang to play with. Yet as Christopher matured and lost touch with his animal companions, that time rapidly came to an end. In response to the starvation that compelled Pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Rabbit to devour Eeyore in order to survive, they made a covenant of quiet and retribution. As he and Mary arrive, Christopher is shocked to see that the Hundred Acre Wood has collapsed and Pooh has sprung out of nowhere to kill Mary and abduct Christopher. Maria is taking a much-needed break from civilization by going to the forest with her closest friends. Maria is working to get over a past tragedy with a stalker.
