Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2023

Baxter Stockman’s experiments 15 years ago resulted in Splinter, a fearful rat, being exposed to mutagens. Splinter discovered afterwards that he had been joined in the change by four additional turtles. Donatello, Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo desire to be treated fairly as adults and to be welcomed by New York City society. Splinter would rather protect his sons from such social criticism by keeping them in the sewer. He has extensive ninja training and is a responsible father. Trouble starts when Stockman’s favorite insect, Superfly, comes. Superfly-led group of mutants preparing to use a superweapon to disperse the “ooze” around the city. The Turtles team up with April, a nascent journalist who becomes good friends with the lads and shows them a future in which acceptance is possible.
