Salem’s Lot 2024

While Ben has returned to his birthplace of Jerusalem’s Lot, the author is studying his own background in preparation for producing a new book on his life and struggles. As Ben adjusts to his new environment, he meets Susan, a real estate firm secretary who wishes to upgrade her home and resume. He also develops a friendship with Matthew, a teacher who notices Ben’s hesitation to engage with the community. The author’s greatest curiosity is about the house that mysterious Barlow owns, together with Richard, his assistant. Ben, Susan, Dr. Cody, Father Callahan, and young Mark look into the deaths of their local brothers, Ralph and Danny, and learn more about the strength and perils of Barlow.
