Sykes and Mike join Casey in leading a group of burglars as they attempt to steal a modest sum of money from a safe. Detective Fitzgerald who was shot by the bad men during the escape, was left to cope with the repercussions while Detective Knight, his partner, watched the wounded man slip into a coma.
