Nolan and Samuel’s mother is doing everything in her power to keep them alive. The three people, who live in the middle of the forest, are attempting to stay away from The Evil, an unidentified force that has taken over the planet and is enticing survivors to commit horrible, horrible things when they come into contact with it. Fearing horrible visions of her loved ones dead and transformed into reptiles, Mother uses a survival tactic to keep everyone tied to the sacred place.
