Constellation starts out as a terrifying story about space exploration gone wrong. Five weeks earlier, having been thrown into a terrifying situation in a lonely cabin, we are thrown into a cold vacuum: space. Here, a five-person crew’s schedule is thrown off due to an unexplained incident aboard the International Space Station, which ultimately leads to the tragic death of Commander Paul Lancaster. As the destruction increases, Swedish astronaut Jo Ericsson sets out on a bewildering spacewalk to evaluate the damage. There, he discovers a mysterious anomaly: a dead body concealed by a cosmonaut outfit from the Soviet era. After that, the storyline goes even further into the unknown as Jo struggles to make sense of strange happenings aboard the International Space Station.
