Nine years later, Josh and Renai are no longer together, and Dalton is a troubled teenager who enjoys creating beautiful sketches but detests talking to his parents. But he does communicate with Foster, his younger brother. After his mother passes away, Josh seeks medical attention to try to figure out why his mental health has gotten so much worse.
