“In The Lost Lands 2025” begins with a conflict between a witch named Gray Alys and religious fanatics. When the queen, a power-hungry figure, asks for the ability of a shapeshifter to unite with her secret lover, Gray Alys finds herself in her company. The witch gives her wish and sends a hunter named Boyce to the Lost Lands to capture and kill a shapeshifter. So that the queen can receive her prize—but only if they can avoid the horde of angry zealots who are pursuing them.
