In the film, Nadja needs to visit New York so she books the night flight from Germany. Actually, she has to undergo radiation therapy in the United States to fight a strange disease. Everything was going fine and she even befriends a passenger. But in a quick interval, everything changes when a couple of guys hijack the plane.
